At TNextGen Clothing, we want you to love your premium Supima cotton t-shirts, oversized graphic tees, motivational prints, crop tops, and more. We stand behind the quality of our breathable, sustainable print-on-demand products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a fair and straightforward refund and returns process.
This policy applies to all purchases made on tnextgenclothing.store and complies with Indian consumer laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Return Window
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery date. If 30 days have passed since receipt, we regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- It must be in its original condition and packaging (including polybag, labels, inserts).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
We accept returns/exchanges for:
- Size/fit issues (common with oversized/unisex tees) – exchange preferred.
- Defective/damaged items (printing errors, fabric flaws, wrong item received) – full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
- Change of mind – subject to conditions below.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:
- Sale/final clearance items (unless defective).
- Custom/personalized prints (if any in future).
- Intimate/sanitary goods (not applicable to our tees).
- Gift cards or digital products (none currently offered).
3. Return Process – How to Return
- Contact us first via WhatsApp +91 8668 209 302 or email support@tnextgenclothing.store (include order number, photos of item/tags, and reason).
- We will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Ship it back to our return address: “Returns handled via our logistics partner – contact us for prepaid label instructions.” Use a trackable service (India Post, DTDC, Delhivery recommended). We suggest insurance for high-value returns.
- Once received and inspected (usually 3–7 business days), we’ll notify you via email.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is defective/damaged/wrong – in which case we cover or reimburse). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For COD orders, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet) or bank transfer for COD orders.
- Refunds appear in your account within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank/RBI processing).
- Partial refunds may apply if item shows signs of use, missing tags, or damaged by customer.
- Sale items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

5. Exchanges
- Preferred for size/fit issues (e.g., oversized tee too large/small).
- If the desired size/variant is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
- Exchange shipping: Customer pays outbound return; we cover replacement shipping within India.
6. Gifts
If purchased as a gift and shipped directly:
- Return value issued as store credit/gift certificate.
- If shipped to the buyer, refund goes to original payer.
7. Defective or Wrong Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange pickup/replacement at no cost or full refund + reimburse return shipping.
