4. Payments
- Accepted methods: UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, COD.
- Full payment required before processing (except COD).
- Secure gateways used; we do not store card details.
- COD: Additional fees may apply; pay on delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders ₹799+ within India.
- Delivery timelines: 5–12 business days (varies by location; faster in Maharashtra).
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
- Track orders via your account.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content (designs, logos, text, images) owned by TNextGen Clothing or licensed.
- No unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation.
- Our motivational/graphic prints are original; infringement will be pursued.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Products sold “as is”; no warranties beyond description.
- We not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or delays.
- Maximum liability limited to order value.
8. Indemnification
